How do I place an order?
Simply place your items in the cart and proceed to check out where you will be given a choice of payment options.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Customers can also pay with their debit cards and through Paypal.

When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of placing your order.

What happens if the product is out of stock?
We will notify you by email if the product is out of stock at which point you may request a full refund. Alternatively, we can put your order on back order which will be fulfilled as soon as we've received delivery from our supplier.

 
Are there additional costs for delivery?
Delivery costs £5.95 and should take no longer than 48 working hours. A signature will be required.


What happens if my order isn't delivered within 48 hours?
Our courier will not consider a parcel to be lost until it has been in their systems for a period of 14 days. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has passed. Should you need to track your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team on 0141 781 6520.

How do I return my purchase?

If you're not completely satisfied, you changed your mind or the product arrives damaged just let us know what’s going on and we’d be happy to help you with a return or exchange! Our returns policy can be found here.

1) Let us Know
Please email us at customerservices@acsclothing.co.uk or call us on 0141 781 6525 to notify us of your intent to return with your preferred collection address and pick up date. Your email should contain the order number that is on your confirmation email with your reason for returning the goods. Please advise us whether you'd like an alternative product/replacement or a refund.

2) The Product
Goods must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please include the original paperwork with the parcel.

3) The Packaging
Simply re-package your order using the box that was sent with the original order. The driver will provide a returns label that will be applied to the box during the collection.

How long does it take to be refunded?

A refund will approximately 5-10 business days to reach your account.

Can I receive delivery anywhere in the UK?
We currently offer our delivery service for mainland UK only.

Can I receive my delivery outwith the UK?
No, at the moment the service is only available for mainland UK.

Is VAT included?
All our prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.

Do you have sizing info, such as arm or length, on your jackets and waistcoats?
